We loved the location, the best views in the island!!, and the swimming pool was lovely,too (clean towels were provided and well displayed every time you needed them). Rooms were comfortable and clean, though a little bit basic for the price.The owner and staff were very kind and friendly,always ready to help the customers out.

Breakfast was scarce and not very varied, some fruit would have been appreciated.The amenities in the toilet (shampoo and gel) weren´t changed in the 9 days we stayed, and we run out of them the second day.Other than that, we loved the place.

A breathtaking location and thrilling view to sea and sunset! It is great to have a swim in the pool 300 m above the sea.... Mr. Anthony and his team are so generous, awesome, kind and customer oriented. Especially Stelios, Stamatis and Katharina built a sympathic familiar atmosphere and felt exactly, when they needed to be there. Stelios's open and integrating communication at breakfast buffet times invited to build bridges between the international guests and helped to start off into the day easily. You will love his selfmade extra sweets & bakery as breakfast desert! The rooms are designed with individual signature & very good taste. We will love to come back some day - and it was the dream on earth for our honeymoon... Meike & Peter, Bochum, Germany

The view is great. The staff tried really hard and were very friendly, meeting us at the ferry at 1am just to show us where the place was. Lucky as we never would have found it. The poor two staff had to do everything from cook to maintenance and front desk etc. It's more like staying in a bed and breakfast than a hotel. This is ok but not what we expected

I think the hotel was oversold on Booked.net and their website. If it was sold more as a guest house it would be more accurate. It's not an authentic cave house, you are not in the town of imerovigli you are just out. We were dissapointed with it as we thought we were staying right in town and then the little things just started to get to us ie the wi fi is bad, the tv didn't work and the showers were cold( they fixed it after a day), the chemical they use to clean the room make it smell like a hospital as you walk in your room. We booked a non refundable room so when we approached the owner about moving somewhere else he wouldn't / couldn't due to booking.con already taking their commission. Anton the owner was lovely about but in the end we gave up $150 euro and went and stayed at kirini suites in oia, although more than double the price it was much better value for money

We where their last year with our littel baby we liked every thing we realy felt home the hotel is in one of the best locations and have a super view and the stuff specialy stamatis the joker man who will give you anything with big pleasure and real smile not to mention the owners mr Socrates ,and his son mr antoni , the breakfast was so poor we told them that and that was our only complain , the surprise when we came back this year we found that they took our and others as we read complain about breakfast and the bilt a place write in front of you where they prepare what you desire in front of you fresh on the moment when you arrive or if you like a night before they give you a list of multi choices ,that you mark what would you like to have and what time very nice sure was pleasant to see that past year,s complain was taken in consideration and fixed without mentioning names of other hotels in the same area that are much more expensive balcony is a real super balkony for someone who would like to real home and looked after from the heart ,we recommend it sure to some one who will like to feel in greece in traditional colors of houses and I believe one of the best views and the peacefull atmospher it's not like oia who has most of the photoes in the cards thier is so nice sure but you get the feeling that every one is living together in the same place in imerovegli balkony you are alone ,and when you want the company every thing is within reach in Santorini in what ever way you can afford ,that is my personal opinion ,I am a pilot captain that traveled around a lot and that's the place we found to relax and feel great me and my small family ,P.s by the way thier a very nice taverna (Tasos ) on the angel of the balkony 3 minutes walk we hope our review can help other travelers like us who are seeking the same peace of mind and the super view which you will never stop to love thanks ans see you next year as it will be our third year

For us it will be unfair to say we didn't like something they did every thing to make our stay the best

The location of the hotel is magnificent. The hotel was very clean without any noises. The stuff of the hotel was very polite and helpful. I will remember the days I passed there with very good impressions.

The fantastic view of Santorini's Caldera and the hospitality of the staff that made us feel very comfortable..the best view in the world.

The hotel was perfectly located with the exact view I was looking for. But the hotel staff made the experience all the better. They were the nicest most accommodating staff I have ever met. They made a 4 star stay a 5 star experience!

The apartments of Santorini's balcony art house they are soo...sooo...beautiful of art!!!the place and the staff made you relax and hot hospitality!!!the buffet of breakfast is sooo...rich!!!I Will suggest it in all my friends to be there for relaxing and quiet holidays!!!

I liked the friendliness of the staff, which of course accrues from the friendliness of the lovely owner and his boss (son)! It was a great experience!

Our room was directly overlooking the sea and we had a beautiful view. The hotel staff were friendly and very welcoming when we arrived.

I loved the location and the spectacular caldera views. The apartment was nice and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious and the owner Socrates was so lovely. He was friendly and helpful and very informative. The bus has a stop out front which makes getting around the island easy. There is a taverna next door which served amazing food and some other restaurants within walking distance. My friend and I have decided that we would definately visit again.

The views of the calderas from our balcony was superb

No bar facilities, no supermarket nearby - have to buy your supplies when you are in town.

The outlook of the hotel is beautiful, facing the Caldera directly and perfectly positioned for the sunset. It is a short walk to Imveromigli and Fira. The staff are friendly and very hospitable.

Our room was not as comfortable or luxurious as we would have expected for the price. The bed was too small to be considered a double and was quite uncomfortable. We had booked and paid for an apartment, but were given a "studio". The tv in the room is positioned at right angles to the sofa and almost at ceiling height making it difficult to watch. The kitchenette in the room constututes a fridge and a sink without even a bottle opener. There is no kettle or hot water in the room other than from the shower.

I just love the location and views and the whole package including the staff and most of all the personal treatment that you always get from Sokrates
